Hey! Am I seeing that right! Is that plant devouring a little bug? And is that a little monkey cavorting through the palm trees? Turn your school trip into a jungle expedition through the completely covered Orchideeën Hoeve in the Netherlands and become a leading naturalist for a day. Get up close and personal with tropical animals, brave the adventurous jungle trails, learn from the smart interaction between plants and animals, and demonstrate your survival skills in the spectacular jungle playground. Never before has it been so cool to teach about nature!
Embark on an adventure in the 25,000 square metres-large jungle gardens together with your friends. Feed the clownish little parrots, become acquainted with hundreds of turtles, and observe how a caterpillar transforms into a beautiful butterfly in the largest butterfly garden of Europe.
Once the expedition is completed, it is time to let loose! You can make a survival voyage just like a real adventurer in the Mangrove Forest Play Paradise. Swing from lianas and parade through the treetops like a monkey, and wriggle like a snake through the dark tunnels.
The Orchideeën Hoeve guarantees an incredible school trip that will be food for the children's conversations long after!
While our reptiles live behind the scenes, our ranger will bring a number of animals to the stage of the Jungle Theatre especially for you during this exclusive Meet & Greet. In about twenty minutes, he will introduce you to these eerie jungle animals and there is plenty of time to ask questions!
