Reserve your visit online

This year, you can simply have your tropical adventure in Europe’s most beautiful jungle park: The Orchideeën Hoeve! Our “Going Out Together Safely” protocol ensures that you do not have to forego an adventure and that you can come and explore our magnificent indoor park filled with exceptional flowers, plants, and animals, without having to worry. However, you must reserve your visit in advance, as the number of visitors we are allowed to admit daily is limited. Hence, you cannot obtain tickets at the entrance.

Why must I reserve a ticket in advance?

We understand that you want to be able to wander around leisurely along jungle trails, to search for the roaming animals and to make tropical holiday pictures. To make that possible, we admit a maximum number of visitors and you must reserve your visit by starting time via our website. Consider your reservation to be your airline ticket needed to reach your tropical holiday destination. Fortunately, making a reservation for the Orchideeën Hoeve is a lot easier and cheaper.

Useful tips

Of course, an adventurer will embark prepared on his or her voyage! Consequently, we already provide some tips and advice here to facilitate a safe voyage of discovery:

  • Avoid getting lost and follow the one-way route in our park.
  • You never know what or who you might encounter in the jungle. Maintain therefore a distance of one-and-a-half metres between you and the other visitors and staff members.
  • You need a COVID passport to visit Junglepark the Orchideeën Hoeve. The COVID passport is compulsory for everyone over 13 years of age. From the age of 14, you must also be able to provide proof of identity.
  • The use of a face covering is compulsory.
  • Is your adventurous stomach beginning to rumble? In that case, make a pit stop at our greenhouse restaurant or visit the ‘Sakura’ bistro in the ‘Suspended’ Flower Garden to pick up delicious drinks, sandwiches, and snacks.
  • A real adventurer loves to wash and disinfect his or her hands. For that reason, we have placed twenty disinfectant stations throughout the park.
  • Do not be startled when a monkey jumps past you or a tortoise crosses in front of you. Most animal species roam around freely in our park.
  • Our rangers know the jungle like the back of their hand. Please follow their advice and instructions. Together, we will make sure that you have a carefree and safe outing.

Please note that you have to stay at home if you or a member of your family has medical issues such as a cold, coughing, sore throat or fever, in compliance with the rules imposed by the Dutch government. In that case, we look forward to welcoming you at another time. Of course, we closely monitor the government’s advice and will adjust our policy to it when necessary.
